The Philosophy
Our philosophy is a simple one: Provide the very best training and workouts in a safe, healthy and fun atmosphere. LA BOXING provides you with a new way to approach personal fitness.
The equipment requirements are elementary: a bag, gloves, jump rope, timer and music. And you'll get a workout that doesn't miss a spot: a 1,000-calorie-an-hour cardio bomb and a superb all-body tuner that builds shoulders and forearms and works legs, hips, abs, upper back, triceps, biceps and lats. (Want to blast your delts? Try holding 16-ounce gloves at chin level for two rounds.)
Our instructors are all boxers, kickboxers and mixed martial artists that have gone through rigorous training and know the best way to challenge the body to its ultimate shape.
If you are looking for a high-energy workout, that is sure to achieve results, then LA BOXING is for you.

Training & Support
LA BOXING provides three days of initial training at the company's headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA. You will be taught the LA BOXING business system and marketing programs. Other training is available including periodic regional meetings and an annual National Franchisee Convention. LA BOXING provides you with the Web-based infrastructure to transact the billing and collections for servicing member accounts. The technology provides reports for your gym's activities as well as administrative functions. In addition, LA BOXING provides various Franchisee service departments to handle Franchisee questions and concerns. As a Franchisee you will have a team of support staff to assist you in operating your Franchise.

Are You a Good Fit for LA Boxing?
As much fun and as exciting as the LA BOXING Franchise opportunity is, it is certainly not for everyone. Although you will not need to be involved on a full-time basis, you will need to be prepared to commit a part-time effort to this business, and you will be rewarded for your effort. The most successful LA BOXING gyms have been operated by energetic team leaders with some business and management experience. Your Franchise agreement requires you to hire LA BOXING-approved general managers and class instructors. Following the LA BOXING Franchise system is imperative to success.
Your actual investment will vary depending upon local conditions peculiar to your geographic area or market, for example, real estate demand, availability and occupancy rates. Additional variables that will impact your initial investment are: size of your facility; age of the structure; length of your lease or other instrument granting you the right of occupancy to the Premises; if your space is to be built out by the developer with no initial out-of-pocket cost to you; lease arrangements; location in the market; costs of demolishing existing leasehold improvements; construction costs; other variable expenses and whether you currently hold a lease of an acceptable location. We do not expect you to purchase real estate or construct the building containing your LA BOXING Franchise.
