Training & Support
TrainingEnergyCraft Systems training covers all aspects of the franchise day-to-day business operations. Initial training is in five steps beginning with on-the-job sales training at our corporate office. Next, at our authorized training facility, franchisees learn the EnergyCraft business system using the Franchise Operations Manual. Steps four and five are spent on legal issues, specialized hands-on training, and review. Ongoing training is available throughout the year either on-site or at our training facility.
