Training & Support
Site Selection
Villa can assist you in securing a new site or provide research on a site you propose. We also provide site selection training to help you identify the most opportunistic locations. And to help success, VE approves all locations selected. While our criteria are stringent it serves to make sure the best possible conditions for success are met.
Lease Negotiation
Our leasing team is here to assist you with your lease negotiations. You can use an authorized broker or retain a local real estate attorney to help you through this process.
Restaurant Design
Our design and construction department provides you with guidance from drawings to the final punch list. Every Villa restaurant has a carefully planned contemporary design that offers guests a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The design has been developed to maximize every opportunity that will build a strong and memorable brand. Our design team works closely with the landlord, franchisee, contractors and architects to maximize the layout and best serve the customer.
Villa University
Villa University provides 3 weeks of intensive hands on training at our national training facility. You, your manager and any operating partners will be trained in all aspects of running a Villa Enterprises restaurant.
We’ll provide you our Confidential and Proprietary Recipe Manuals and train you in all operational aspects of your business, to include:
Equipment Ordering
We streamline the process for obtaining equipment to make it quick and easy, and pass our negotiated savings on to you.
Total Support
From the day you sign the franchise agreement a Franchise Operations Consultant (FOC) is available to help and guide you through any process of opening your restaurant as well as operating the business thereafter.
Continued Training and Education
Our Corporate Training Managers and FOC’s are constantly researching the industry to uncover better methods of operation and identify trends relevant to your business. We are your eyes and ears…. so you can focus on your business.
In addition, Villa Enterprises conducts an annual franchise convention including industry guest speakers, training seminars, business classes, brand breakout sessions and motivational speakers to make sure our organization and it’s franchisees are armed with the latest information, best practices and industry insights.
