Products & Services

We seek to serve seniors and the chronically disabled who aren’t ready to leave their home for an institutional setting or to live with relatives, but because of illness or chronic conditions need support to remain at home. We provide these people help with simple activities that are exhausting for them. This enables them to save their energy for the important things in life, such as connecting with friends or family, taking a short walk, or reading a good book.
Many times, caring for a client involves family, so we also play a role in providing a respite for the family caregiver, i.e., a wife caring for a husband or a daughter/son caring for her/his parents. Constant caregiving can bring considerable stress, because the caregiver’s focus is centered on the one needing care. Very often we see that when we give relief with daily routines, allowing the family caregiver(s) more time for themselves, the relationship strengthens.
Our caregivers are the cream of the crop. They are totally committed, highly qualified and carefully selected individuals who are thoroughly screened, bonded and insured. Most importantly, our caregivers are dependable and extraordinarily caring of others. We can say this because each of our member businesses follows a strict process for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing caregivers that ensures the highest quality in the industry.

Why The Senior's Choice?

- Business leads: While it is impossible for us to guarantee each member a certain number of referrals to potential clients, our members routinely receive referrals from our office, our website, our industry partners, and equally important from each other.
- Free access to all training events for yourself and your staff: As you hire people to help you run the business, you can send them to our training events for no extra charge. You may even choose to re-attend training events yourself any time we offer them. Additionally, we offer regional training events quarterly and a National Convention each year.
- A guarantee of non-competition: All members will be granted a protected territory which will insure that they are the only TSC member in their area.
- Free use of a variety of public presentation formats and other marketing programs: These include exclusive programs complete with professionally-produced video’s, presentation scripts, and brochures on such topics as Fall Prevention, Elder Abuse and other topics of interest to seniors, their families, and/or healthcare audiences. These tools enable you to gain access to potential clients and you may use them as long as you are a member of The Senior’s Choice.
- Caregiver continuing education and certification program: You will set yourself apart in the marketplace by offering a team of caregivers who have received extra training and who have been certified as a Certified Companion Aide, CCA®. No other competitors can make this claim and it will set you apart.
- Scheduling Software: Our members receive an industry-leading caregiver/client scheduling software for a nominal fee. It allows you to keep track of all caregivers and clients, easily schedule your services, generate invoices, simplify your payroll, and much more.
- Advertising and PR resources: As a member of The Senior’s Choice, you will benefit from and have access to a variety of Advertising and PR, including articles published about us around the country, print, radio, TV and direct mail advertising that you can duplicate in your area, and agreements, from which you can benefit, with national providers of services, such as long-term care insurance.
Are You a Good Fit for The Senior's Choice?
You pay no royalties on your hard earned income. Instead you pay a reasonable monthly fee after you have set-up your business and attended our training. Unlike a franchise agreement, our members can “opt out” anytime they like. We are bound by long-term agreement to our members, but they can leave us anytime they feel our services have not more than exceeded the value of the membership dues. In other words we have to earn our fees every month and that’s the way we like it.
