The Online Outpost is your local eBay Drop Off Store
that provides the easy way to sell your items on eBay and other online
sales channels. Simply drop off your items and we will handle the
entire sales and marketing process for you. Whether you have personal
items you are looking to sell or are a business in need of liquidating
overstocked inventory, we handle it all.
Our eBay drop off stores are staffed with trained eBay Trading assistants that professionally photograph your items, research their values, write detailed descriptions, post online auctions, and take care of customer questions, payment and shipping. All you have to do is sit back and wait for your check to come in the mail!

Training & Support
Our training program is one of the key
components in getting your business up and running efficiently. As a
new franchisee you will attend The Online Outpost's one-week Trading
Assistant training program which includes both classroom and in-store
training. If your store or budget doesn't allow you the flexibility to
travel to us, then you can always complete our web-based training and
view the live training via
streaming webcast. Our comprehensive program will cover step-by-step
use of the operations manual, proprietary software and all the areas
important to your success.
Upon completion of the training program, you will work closely with our corporate franchise support team to insure a smooth, efficient store opening. There is no cost for this initial training; however you will be responsible for your own travel, meal, and accommodation expenses when you attend training at our corporate facility.
Monthly conference calls are conducted in a round-table format with an agenda that is generated by franchise owners. Our business model and mission is based on our franchisees, licensees and employees all being part of the team. For the benefit of our entire team, it is important to exchange challenges, successes, ideas and improvement suggestions. Our Town Hall meeting takes place every first Tuesday of the month.
We have put together a franchise resource site called MyOnlineOutpost.com that contains documentation and resources necessary to the operation of an Online Outpost. Once logged on you'll have access to a wide range of resources such as professional marketing materials, operation manuals, training information, and Online Outpost shirts, hats, and aprons.
