Overview
THE COLLISION SHOP facilities
consist of 6000 to 8000 square feet of office and service area.
Initially, owners normally act as service manager with a normal
start-up crew of three lead, or higher quality technicians.
THE COLLISION SHOP will assist in the initial recruitment, training and salary negotiations of employees, as well as solicitation of accounts, and normal operations of business.
THE COLLISION SHOP will show you all its bookkeeping and accounting functions such as: scheduling, payroll, payables, receivables, parts inventory control, efficiency tracking and evaluation.
Performance, customer satisfaction, quality and professional skill levels are monitored through a series of reviews and training seminars with technical evaluations held on a periodic basis.
