In 2000, BRV Inc., a Charlotte, NC based company with a history of success in the franchising business, created Salsarita's Fresh Cantina. After the premier store's early success, Bruce Wilette and Director of Operations Thang Nguyen began to take the creative concept and the great taste of Salsarita's to the East Coast and the rest of the country.Now with new locations opening all over the country, Salsarita's Fresh Cantina is front runner in the Fresh Mexican category and quickly gaining brand recognition and a reputation for quality.
Training & Support
Your franchise package comes with a proprietary software system, a one month training program focused on effective operating procedures and ongoing support in the areas of lease negotiation, site selection, marketing and store design. Our business system runs on a customized computer software program to help you track sales, expenses, cost projections and payroll. It can be easily connected to a video surveillance system that lets you watch your store from home and directly download records from the system.
