Collis, Red Rock Chili Co. is a dining experience that is hearty,

With a foundation that is built on a craving, a passion, an obsession for a simmered combination of meat and chile peppers whose distinctive aroma makes an indelible imprint on the senses, Red Rock Chili Co. has quickly gained a loyal following.
