Overview
R.J. Boar's Franchising Corp. is awarding franchise agreements
for R.J. Boar's Barbecue Restaurants to qualified individuals. The R.J. Boar's formula has earned awards for the affiliate restaurants on which
the franchise units are modeled after. Jim and Ross Murty, principals of the
franchise company, have extensive restaurant and franchise experience. Ross
commented, "We have won awards in the past based on our consumer popularity,
but I think we are as proud of the restaurant management system we have developed
for franchisees. And I would recommend to anyone buying a franchise that they
very carefully examine the operating system, because they will be using it everyday."

RJ Boar's® Barbecue Restaurant has achieved a proven track record as an Award Winning Barbecue Restaurant by Specializing in the Preparation, Delivery, and Service of Hickory Smoked Ribs, Chicken, Beef and Pork. However, we didn't stop there! A Broad and Varied Menu accompanies our specialty items to satisfy all our guests on any and every occasion.
R.J. Boar's BBQ Restaurants have a relaxed, casual-dining environment, with liquor service and a bar, regulations permitting. In addition to an array of barbecue specialtites, the menu features steaks, seafood, burgers, interesting appetizers, and specialty salads.

Training & Support
- Our training period consists of 8 weeks at an R.J. Boar's Corporate Restaurant in which you, your operating partner and significant managers will be provided on-the-job training from the back of the house to the front.
- R.J. Boar's representatives will be on site prior to the opening of the restaurant to help with training as well as 10 days after the opening to assist in day-to-day operations.
- R.J. Boar's Barbecue Restaurant will continue to offer our assistance and support in whatever capacity necessary to provide you with the tools needed to reach the accomplishments achieved consistent of our corporate stores.

restaurant experience and/or have an operating partner that will be in the
day to day operation of the business. Either the franchisee or an operating
partner must have a proven background of success in the restaurant business.
