We now have over 70 locations across the United States and have added a subsidiary franchise in Vancouver, British Columbia. This franchise is operated and registered in Canada as Proficient Door Service.

Training & Support
Franchise owners,
managers and technicians are required to attend and successfully
complete our two week training program. Upon completion you will become
a Certified Garage Door Repair Technician. The training instructors are
experienced and certified garage door technicians and business
operators.The Precision Door Service state-of-the-art training facilities are located in Clearwater, FL and Seattle, WA. Office managers receive the training required to provide them with the knowledge they will need for office management.
The Precision Door Service Certified Technician is capable of repairing any garage door operating system available in the market place. Continued training is provided for Precision Door Service Technicians to remain current on new technology and industry trends.
As a franchisee, you decide where you want to work and live. If, for example, your chosen market does not have a Precision Door Service office in operation, a market evaluation will be completed that will provide the scope and cost of that market potential. Should your desired market be taken, we will assist you in identifying another market that may be of interest to you.
In addition to our in-house award winning graphic design department, we provide advertising formats customized to local market needs. Precision Door Service has established itself with the country’s foremost yellow pages advertising agency. Other important relationships have been developed for collateral advertising materials for print, radio, internet and television. Once again, the customizing of these kinds of materials for individual markets is a critical matter.

Are You a Good Fit for Precision Door Service?
The initial franchise fee ranges from $10,000 (for a small market area)
up to $125,000 (for the rights to a metropolitan area). The total start
up investment including the initial fee ranges from $53,155 to a
possible $320,855. Currently the royalty fee is a weekly flat fee that may range from $500
to $2,500 depending on the size of the market awarded. The term of the
Precision Door Franchise is an initial 10 year period with provisions
for four 5 year renewals.
