Training & Support
At Paint Medic® we believe that professional,
high quality training and meaningful ongoing
support are essential components of a successful
franchise system.Prior to opening your Express Auto Paint Repair Center, every franchisee will be put through a comprehensive training program that we think is unparalleled in our industry. Paint Medic’s training will ensure that you are given the technical and business grounding to do the job effectively and efficiently. We will cover such topics as:
- Overview of Paint Medic
- Advertising & Marketing
- Human Resources
- Computer System
- Services, selling and pricing
- Operational procedures
- Shop management
- Customer service
- Technical procedures includes hands on training
Our training also includes taking you through the complicated process of acquiring and outfitting a facility.
Finally, we help bring it all together by spending one of our managers down to your location to spend the first week right by your side.
Add all this together and you have a complete training package - geared towards providing you with the proper exposure to the things that are important to being successful.
We supplement our initial training program with regular consultation, communication, support and advice. The bottom line is that we are there to help you become successful and we’ll work diligently towards that goal.
Why PaintMedic?
Paint Medic is an express auto paint repair center. We are not a
“collision” shop. This means we do not perform any mechanical
repairs and we do not repair cars that have been in serious accidents.
We are experts in repairing minor auto paint damage. This includes a
full range of services including any repairs to plastic bumpers, key
gouges, minor dings and dents and a variety of other paint issues up
ranging from simple “touch up” to full paint jobs. Our technicians are
highly skilled at these types of repairs and pride themselves in
offering the highest quality work at competitive prices - all delivered
with the customer’s need for quick service.

It is not an overstatement to say that most used cars on the road for any length of time require some form of minor paint repair. It may be a stretch to say that every single used car requires our services, but it’s not too far off the mark!

Are You a Good Fit for PaintMedic?
We do not require any previous automotive experience. We prefer
hard-working people who are committed to success and are
comfortable with running their own business. This means you should
have an understanding of business management principles, possess
strong ethical character, and be self-motivated. Obviously, the greater
your management skills, the more appealing you will be to us as a
candidate. Paint Medic does require that all franchisees commit to
work full time in their business and that they (or a business partner)
have good communication skills including proficiency in the English
language.
