We believe this dedication and passion is the reason we're better and the reason our guests return more often. Our market research tells us that our guests know what they are going to order before they get to our restaurant because they crave certain items, our signature dishes. Many guest favorites include our delicious chocolate chip cookies, Tomato Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich, Shrimp Stack Salad, Cajun Shrimp & Pasta, Laredo Steak, Santa Fe Salad, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, hand-battered Onion rings and our famous gourmet hamburgers.Training & Support

Our Real estate staff, with over 25 years of experience, is skilled at evaluating potential restaurant sites.
Design and Construction
Max & Erma's takes pride in creating a building design that fully supports our unique character. We have translated that design to a number of floor plans that can be adapted to many sites and anticipated business conditions. We also have experienced a great success in designing locations for non-traditional sites that produce outstanding results, for example, Airports and Hotels. Our designers and construction project managers will work in concert with your architect and contractor to translate our design criteria and expedite construction of your building. In 2006, we introduced our new prototype which has been well received by our loyal guests and has brought great success.
Training
People learn through doing, and our team of certified trainers is skilled in teaching our system in a manner that accelerates learning and promotes retention. We provide all Strategic Partners with a complete set of manuals that describe and explain how to implement our systems, procedures, and food and service standards.
Operations Support
Our Franchise Area Directors are experts at managing the P&L and achieving below the industry-average food cost, despite our made- from-scratch preparation methods.
Marketing
As a Max & Erma's Strategic Partner, you will have the complete support of our Marketing Department. A member of our marketing team is assigned to your group. Together with your Marketing Manager, you will create a marketing plan geared toward building sales. In addition, our print and electronic advertising programs are ready to be used in your market.

- Minimum Liquidity of $500,000 per restaurant to be developed
