Mama Fu’s
Asian House is more than fantastic Pan-Asian cuisine
(although fresh ingredients cooked right in
front of you can’t hurt).It’s a place where music provides the mood, Mama Fu provides the food, and laughter reigns supreme. Great food should be served quickly and enjoyed leisurely among friends. This is Mama Fu’s promise, and it’s what makes her so special.
Mama has some rules for how her Pan-Asian cuisine is to be prepared, so you better listen up:
- It better be WOK–cooked. Don’t you dare try to pass off teppan-yaki (or, as Mama calls it, teppan-yucki), it isn’t the same.
- Fresh. Fresh. Hot. Use fresh ingredients, freshly prepared to order, serve it up hot. And, no – chicken warmed in a convection oven does not qualify. Mama has her standards, and they’re high.
- Bring your friends (or at least be open to meeting new ones).
Follow the first two rules for GREAT tasting Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Thai food. Follow the third rule for a great experience.

Prime locations are not always easy to come by. Our experienced real estate team uses a Nine Step Site Evaluation Test to help identify and secure prime real estate that ensures the best chance for success. Once sites are identified, we assist in negotiating leases and we provide real estate support every step of the way.
Comprehensive Training Program
You’ll earn a degree upon completion of both classroom and on-site training for your particular concept. In our Raving Brands University, and in-concept training program, you’ll learn everything from register operation to making the perfect food, and from hiring staff to accounting procedures. You’ll be able to hit the ground running as you learn to hone your management skills, setup your back office and develop an airtight sales and marketing plan.
Operations Manual and Continuous Support
This manual provides detailed instructions on hiring, training, motivating employees, day-to-day operations and accounting. It’s a blueprint for all our operational systems and we prefer that you keep it under your pillow at night.
Support doesn't end once your business is opened. Each store is assigned a Franchise Support professional to assist in the strategic and operational questions that will come up after your Grand Opening. Their job is to motivate, encourage, support and share in best practices with every franchisee. All of our Franchise Support professionals have been trained to support our franchisees every day, and can help you through the finer points of operating your business. These include scheduling, accounting, driving top-level sales and cutting costs without compromising quality. Our team is there to make your business function at the highest level.
