Lloyd Staffing is actively seeking entrepreneurs to own and operate a Lloyd Staffing franchise. The staffing industry is one of the fastest growing business sectors both nationally and internationally.

The Lloyd companies have been fine-tuning our unique approach to staffing and employment since our inception in 1971. During this time frame, we have successfully served thousands of employers, job seekers and temporary employees. Our blended service concept truly embodies the entire spectrum of staffing, including temporary personnel, consultant referrals, contingency placement and executive search. And, because we recognize that the field of human resources has significantly changed its structure and focus over the years, we have also added several complimentary and compatible staffing components to our service line to enhance the support we provide to the business community.
Lloyd Staffing boasts a leadership team that forms a powerful blend of staffing knowledge, management, vision and ethical business practices. Many of our managers are nationally certified staffing professionals with 20 or more years experience specific to employment and at least 10 years or more as Lloyd employees.

Training & Support

Site selection assistance and sample architectural plans, as well as easy access to furniture and interior design consultants.
Advertising and marketing tools including sample recruitment ads, newsletters, marketing letters, collateral literature, sales premiums, yellow page development, access to display booth materials, and seasonal or special marketing campaigns.
Lloydsmart...a state-of-the-art computer tracking system. Our customized computer staffing system, Lloydsmart, totally monitors all temporary operations from applications to timesheets to payroll and client activity. It also includes a component for our Full-Time/"Permanent" staffing operations for easy resume scanning and retrieval. We have fine-tuned and perfected all the key areas of our business for easy management by this unique computer software program.

Capital Requirement
