Training & Support
Our franchise owners receive regional field support from a team of Regional Directors (RD) assigned to specific geographical markets to help with office site selection, local advertising and public relations efforts. Our RDs run seasonal workshops throughout the year to educate and update franchisees to ensure successful operation of their franchises.
We assign dedicated Franchise Service Manager (FSM) to each region of the country. Our FSMs work closely with senior management and other corporate staff to address franchisees’ concerns quickly and effectively.
We also offer toll-free technical support 24 hours a day during the tax season. Our Support Center also manages network, hardware and operating system and printer troubleshooting for select equipment, and supports our financial product offerings.
