Overview
As a HART Health franchise owner, you’ll provide valuable services to
businesses in your community, helping them comply with the law and
manage expenses. With your specially equipped HART Health van, you will
service their first aid stations, making sure they have what they need
for occupational injuries and illnesses. You’ll feel good about
building lasting relationships while helping to keep your customers’
employees safe and productive on the job. Our franchisees have a
passion for helping others succeed.
Products & Services
In 1997, we took our 23 years of experience in the medical and first
aid fields and launched the HART Health Van Service Program. We were
already well known and respected through out the United States, so our
van service program was the next logical step for providing our
customers even more responsive service. Over these years, we’ve
refined our method for refilling and servicing first aid kits at
businesses’ work sites.
We’ve developed a highly efficient system that enables us to closely track our customers’ product use and inventory. Our vans are never out of stock, and there’s never a need for back orders. And because we’re passionate about customer service, we do more than just provide products. We clean and organize our clients’ first aid stations and kits, keep an accurate inventory, check the expiration dates on all the medications (that’s important!), and pay a personal visit to our customer contact before we leave. It’s a full service program that provides high quality products and answers to our customers’ specific needs.
Through our unique selling process, our enthusiasm for what we do, and our highly professional customer service, we’ve been able to respond to the growing demand for our services from businesses across the nation.

Training & Support
To prepare for your new venture, you will receive extensive training.
We’ll teach you about the products and services you will provide your
customers. You’ll learn about lead generation and all the other
marketing techniques you will need to grow your business. During
Training, you will master the HART $mart Selling System and receive
instruction on our proprietary computerized systems and the
technological tools we’ve created to make your business efficient and
successful. We’ll teach you about OSHA and the other local, state, and
federal occupational and safety requirements with which your customers
must comply. Training is at the heart of our system.
As you get started, we help you research your competitors and understand them, so you can compete in your market and be successful. We’ll offer you support so you can keep on track as you build your business. You’ll also have the benefit of our technological systems—we do the invoicing, inventory record keeping and replenishment, and collect customer accounts, so you won’t have to worry about those aspects of the business and can concentrate on growing your sales.

Are You a Good Fit for Hart Health?
We’re looking for people who are eager to be in business for themselves, but not by
themselves. We’d like to work with people who are passionate about
being independent, but who don’t want to reinvent the wheel and will
commit to following our proven process. A college degree is not
necessary, nor is medical or accounting experience. But it’s important
that you be well organized and able to keep accurate records. Although
sales experience is not required, it is desirable. You’ll need to be
excited about marketing your business— talking with potential customers
in their business environment, following up on leads, and continually
looking for opportunities to build your customer base. A friendly,
confident, professional attitude works best for our business model. If
you have these qualities, along with a strong work ethic and the desire
to be independent, then you’re probably a good match for HART Health! The total investment ranges from $55,350 to $92,900. You may need
additional funds for personal and living expenses for several months.
