GRN is a rapidly growing network of over 150 franchised offices that
offers management, technical, professional and executive search services
to the corporate community. We specialize in identifying, attracting and
placing top talent for our clients.
Our company was developed to bring quality service, integrity and strong relationships to the forefront of our industry. GRN was founded by some of the most successful, highly regarded leaders in the search industry. Products & Services
In exchange for the franchise fee, GRN offers:
- Site selection consulting
- Three weeks (120 hours) of induction training
- During first year, two weeks (80 hours) of field training
- Ongoing one-on-one training and support services
- A five-user computer network
- A 10-user CAPS and GRN Exchange software license
- Comprehensive CAPS computer training
- A videoconferencing unit, including hardware and software
- Membership and ongoing access to the GRN University Training and operation manuals
- All sales manuals and materials
- Initial supply marketing materials
- Initial supply of all printed materials and forms
- A laptop and projector for training
Training & Support
For every new franchise, GRN delivers a specialized three week - two week - one-on-one (3-2-1 : 1) training system.
We start with a three-week initial training course, which includes GRN processes and best practices at our International Learning Center. This comprehensive course includes sales training, obtaining job orders, conducting effective candidate search, recruiting of candidates, successful interviewing skills and candidate assessment, reference checks, business negotiation skills and account management strategies. Also, all administrative and operating aspects of the business are covered.
You are given two more weeks of training in your franchise office. During this time, we focus with managers and consultants on the most prosperous, profitable ways your office can function.
Finally, we concentrate on providing one-on-one training with each franchise and member of your team to maximize performance and growth. Owners, managers and staff will receive formal instruction at our international learning center. We also furnish training resources over the GRN intranet, on DVD-based video instruction and through GRN University’s videoconferencing network.
