Fiducial is a global provider of financial and business services to individuals and small businesses. Founded in 1970 by Mr. Christian Latouche more than three decades ago, the company entered the United States market in the late 1990s. Through an aggressive acquisition effort, the company now boasts over 150 company-owned and franchise offices, making it one of America’s largest network of professional services advisors.
Fiducial also has independently-owned international offices in Canada, Ireland, Thailand, The Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, Puerto Rico, Portugal and the Dominican Republic. Fiducial is affiliated with nearly 1,800 members and correspondents in 77 countries, all who share the same concept of providing multi-disciplinary services for individuals and small businesses. Fiducial has more than 15,100 employees and also includes Sofiral, a law firm, and SACI, a seller of office supplies and furniture.

It's our business to help small businesses grow and become profitable. As a recognized leader in financial problem solving, Fiducial, in fact, boasts the nation's largest network of professional advisors. Both independently-owned franchisees and company-owned office personnel are known as "members" of the Fiducial network.
Fiducial offers a wealth of resources and services to its members. These are concentrated in four key areas: maximizing our standardized systems for running multiple profit centers; ensuring Fiducial brand name awareness; capitalizing on the power of the network to share experiences and costs; and making it easier and cheaper to process client work through our web-based Processing Centers.
All the products and services in our members' profit centers—tax return preparation, tax planning, monthly write-up work, financial planning, business counseling, payroll and more—are in turn supported by many of our products and services. To ensure the constant high quality of our products and service, each Profit Center employs a Product Manager. Product Managers and their teams monitor the life cycle of each of our products and continuously review our service offerings to make sure our members have the support they need to deliver to their clients.
The ability to interact with like-minded professionals is crucial in today's fast-paced, business environment, and whether that interaction is local, regional, national or global, Fiducial helps provide it for our members. Our worldwide affiliates work together as much as possible, transcending international boundaries. In the U.S., members keep in contact with each other continuously, allowing everyone to benefit from the input and share experiences provided by each individual member.
With Fiducial, members offer all types of services to their clients—but they don't have to do it all. We offer members and their clients the services of our Processing Centers, centralized operations that handle repetitive, compliance-oriented client work. We currently prepare and sign tax returns for our members' clients with our Tax Processing Center; we handle all payroll aspects from gathering employee information to making bank deposits and filing payroll tax returns in our Payroll Processing Center and coming soon, we'll begin operations in our A/P and A/R Processing Center.
