And we are committed to a pricing structure that allows the Company to offer undisputed value to our Guests with a menu of 20 or more entrees priced at less than $6 each.

The Fazoli's® concept was created in 1988 by Jerrico, then the parent company of Long John Silver's. Two years and five restaurants later, the concept was sold to Seed Restaurant Group, Inc., also based in Lexington, Ky. Today, Fazoli's has grown from a handful of restaurants in Lexington, to 315 company owned and franchised Fazoli's Restaurants spanning 31 states. From Florida to California, and Wisconsin to Texas, Fazoli's is serving "Fast. Fresh. Italian." and doing it at affordable prices.

Are You a Good Fit for Fazoli's Restaurants?
Fazoli's requires that our franchisees have hands-on restaurant
experience, preferable with multi-unit operations. Through our
extensive training programs, you'll have the support to develop and
grow your organization within the Fazoli's system.
Financial strength is also a must for success. We require sufficient investment capital. We require franchisees to have $350,000 in liquid assets and a minimum of $1 million in net worth. Fazoli's also requires that the franchisee invest a minimum of 20% of the total cost of the project in personal equity.
Personal integrity is the third element of the Fazoli's franchise relationship. As your long-term partners, we seek individuals and organizations who share our core corporate values and our people-focused (guests and associates), companywide culture.
