Our goal is to make each customer look and feel fantastic. We offer lots of services, like haircuts and styles, up-dos, straightening, coloring, highlights, and texturizing. We also offer beard and mustache trims, facial waxing, as well as rejuvenating hair treatments for stressed or damaged hair. Our stylists are professionals who are always up-to-date on the latest styles and trends. So we guess you could say that keeps us on the cutting edge!
And so you can get that fresh-from-the-salon look every day, Fantastic Sams also offers our own line of salon products. Our exclusive brand includes shampoos, conditioners, and styling aids that are specially formulated with our own FantasticComplexTM, which strengthens, smoothes, and adds shine to hair. Best of all, our line offers you salon products at a fraction of what products at other salons cost.

Training & Support
Proper training is vital to the success of a Fantastic Sams®
Hair Salon. As a franchisee, you’ll benefit from three levels of
training: Owner Training, Manager Training, and Stylist Training. To
maximize performance from all three groups, we’ve catered the
curriculum to each group’s specific needs.
We provide marketing support on the local, regional, and national level. As a franchisee, you’ll benefit from coordinated advertising, marketing, and incentive programs, as well as public relations efforts.
All salons contribute to a national marketing fund that is designed to create Fantastic Sams® brand awareness on a national level. 85% of that is returned to the local DMA (Designated Market Area) for media and/or local marketing support, while the remaining 15% is used to manage brand marketing and develop creative materials.
Fantastic Sams® has an annual promotional calendar that features a variety of special offers and services that can be customized at the regional and salon levels. These promotions excite guests, and help increase visits from both new and existing customers. While national marketing initiatives are communicated throughout the year, many markets coordinate their own local marketing activity for maximum flexibility. Franchisees are encouraged, but not required, to participate in system promotions.
There’s also a complete Grand Opening program and kit to get you up and running quickly in your new salon.
- Salon Fundamentals for Owners: Focuses on the core needs of the salon owner. Topics include Business Planning and Analysis, Marketing, Human Resources, Customer Service, Store Operations, and Finance.
- Salon Management 101: The salon manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the salon. Topics include many of those in Salon Fundamentals, and also Recruiting, Scheduling, Training, Leadership, and In-Store Sales.
- Technical Education for Stylists: Stylists will benefit from a curriculum that is focused on enhancing their skills and performance. Your stylists will help build your business by being skilled, trained, and certified in the latest methods, products, and styles.
