Products & Services

We are a well respected
national executive search firm comprising over 70 independently owned
and operated offices serving more than 40 industries and 40
disciplines. The firm has planned its growth to become large enough to
provide nationwide impact yet remain small enough to be personal,
flexible and responsive to all of its constituent groups.
The key to FPC's vitality has always been the personal relationships built by the individual owners of FPC offices and their vast network of recruiters, giving client companies access to top talent and offering candidates new career opportunities throughout the U.S.
FPC is an entrepreneurial, rather than highly corporate, enterprise. Each office has the flexibility to develop individual models for success within the network structure. FPC owners select the industries and disciplines in which they focus and receive support in addressing business and operational issues. This level of professional support, combined with individual ownership, creates the best of both worlds for FPC clients and candidates. FPC offices are operated by industry specialists with their particular expertise and contacts, and backed by systems, infrastructure and training.

Why FPC (FORTUNE Personnel Consultants)?
"When my wife and I began our due diligence, we had one
question, 'Why would joining FPC be better than creating a start-up in
our home?' Well, we were immediately impressed during our first meeting
by the quality of people, professionalism, proven systems, training and
support structure, and everyone's sincerity in the success of our
business. The only question we had on the ride home was, 'When do we
start?'"
Owner since 2000 (Connecticut)
"From the start, FPC helped me create an environment to work in that is enjoyable and honest. I trust them. You can always promise the world and not deliver, but FPC provides you with the system of tools you need to be successful. I have probably used FPC more in recent years than ever before. They have been there with an exchange of ideas, training and input. They offer lots of attention to help new owners and consultants become productive."
Owner since 1975 (Massachussetts)
"Over the years, I worked with FPC as a candidate helping me find a new job. Later as a hiring manager when I needed to hire people, I called on FPC offices and was impressed with them. As I decided to go into the recruiting business, I went with FPC not only because of my prior experience, but also because they had the highest value to offer. The difference with FPC is that the focus is on quality and winning with integrity. These form the guiding principles through which they inspire and train each and every office owner and recruiter.
FPC customizes their core training so that every office owner gets trained it in a way that they best learn. I love technology, but this is a people based business and has to be learned by a coach one-on-one. Apart from the team at FPC national headquarters, I was welcomed by other FPC office owners - an impressive group of entrepreneurs, able to write their own ticket in life and profession using training and support from FPC National."

Are You a Good Fit for FPC (FORTUNE Personnel Consultants)?

The majority of our owners have generally worked in the corporate world
for a number of years. They have held mid- and high-level positions,
and been responsible for major business decisions. When contacting FPC,
they find themselves at a career crossroads.
They have established a consistent record of success, but may now be tired of the bureaucracy of corporate life, or the results of downsizing, or too much travel, or the lack of income growth and leadership potential. New franchise owners have the support and encouragement of their families. They are goal oriented, possess positive attitudes and strong work ethics. They are also excited about joining a supportive and encouraging network of colleagues.
Executive recruiters spend their days speaking with corporate decision-makers; we have found that a professional setting greatly contributes toward their credibility and success. An established office is also the best way to attract and retain top-level, professional recruiters. FPC’s policy requires that all offices be located in a commercial building or freestanding structure.
