infrastructure. All franchisees will benefit from our significant
marketing investment. For UK franchisees, this includes Executives
Online’s existing marketing programmes which will deliver some
enquiries directly to your franchise – although to be successful, you
will originate most opportunities yourself. For franchisees outside the
UK, we will design and construct your web site and implement online
marketing programmes for you.
Are You a Good Fit for Executives Online Limited?
Executives Online franchise agreements have two pricing components, an initial 
fee to acquire the franchise, and a management fee paid over time as a percentage 
of gross margin from your Executives Online business. In an Executives Online 
recruitment business, gross margin is calculated as the difference between amounts 
invoiced to clients and payments to candidates in interim contracts – the slice 
you retain as your fee which is earned over the duration of each interim 
contract – plus any recruitment fees taken for introduction of candidates into 
permanent roles or long-term contracts. 
The Executives Online Management Fee is 30% of gross margin payable
to Executives Online or the Regional Master Franchisee. There is an
additional Marketing Fee of 2% of turnover to support the national and
global marketing campaigns.
