You will have access to professional training on business operations and technical details. The alliance partner OEMs provide "hands on" technical training on the repair and service of their products. EQUIPRO trainers will provide both classroom and onsite operational training on the business system and service center operation.

Yes, we expect some franchisees to own multiple locations. However,we are an owner/operator franchise meaning the Service Center must be under direct, on premise supervision of the owner(s) or approved owner designee.
How do I market the business?
A unique feature of the EQUIPRO marketing strategy is the Metro Service Specialist(MSS). EQUIPRO will hire an MSS to develop relationships with local contractors and equipment owners promoting repair service by your business.
Who does the MSS work for?
The MSS is an EQUIPRO employee compensated by EQUIPRO. However, the MSS is 100% devoted to developing service revenue for the franchise Service Centers.
