Overview
In
the past, pipe replacement was the only alternative for these types of
problems. But this is time consuming and messy, requiring the removal
of walls, floors or ceilings to access and replace the pipes. CuraFlo
offers an effective and affordable alternative. Using proven techniques
and advanced materials, we restore existing pipes without ripping them
out. Our proprietary water pipe repair process cleans and then lines
the inside surface of pipes with a safe, durable epoxy coating. The
result is improved water quality, restored water flow, and protection
against future leaks and corrosion.
Products & Services
CuraFlo®
offers epoxy pipe lining solutions to remedy problems with
deteriorating pipes and plumbing systems. Symptoms of failing pipes
include leaks, low water pressure, water stains, and bad tasting water.
Whether it be deteriorated water mains underground, or failing plumbing
systems in a house, apartment, condominium, or other building,
CuraFlo’s epoxy pipe lining service can restore pipes so that they
perform like new. Epoxy pipe lining is an effective alternative to pipe
replacement, and pipes restored with CuraFlo’s epoxy lining can gain an
additional service life of 50 years or more or service life.
Our epoxy solutions utilize innovative technologies and proprietary processes. These technologies apply to copper, galvanized steel, lead, cement and cast iron pipes. We offer two proven technology solutions: The CuraFlo Engineered Flow Lining System® is for smaller diameter pipes (1/2” – 4” diameter) typically found in homes and buildings; and the CuraFlo Spincast System™ for larger diameter pipes (3” – 36” diameter) such as water mains and fire lines that are often buried underground.
