Are You a Good Fit for California Closet Company, Inc.?
The prospective franchised entity should have at least one partner with a business background and substantial business operations experience. The General Manager of the California Closets business must also be approved by California Closets, must live in the area to be developed throughout the term of the franchise, and must have prior management experience relative to the operation of a substantial business. A personal financial statement and resume must be submitted for each member of the proposed management group, and a resume must be submitted for the General Manager. Ideally, the General Manager will have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or marketing. An MBA degree is preferred.
