for building homes. We provide an alternative to a high cost building
experience. We impact every aspect of the building process, meeting

system. BYOADH is owned and operated by the Morgan Family, who have
developed this comprehensive homebuilding system. The bottom line? At
BYOADH, we understand construction and we understand service.

Build Your Own American
Dream Home, Ltd. (BYOADH) is a full-service, home-building consulting
company headquartered in Magnolia, Texas. Unlike typical custom
home-building companies that call all the shots and make all the
decisions for the buyer, BYOADH, backed by more than 3 decades of
home construction experience, assists and consults with the homebuyer/builder
throughout the entire building process. However, the homeowner/builder
makes all the decisions concerning the design, construction, subcontractor
selections, interior décor and finishing of their dream home.BYOADH stands along side guiding them on every crucial step and decision. A BYOADH staff-paid, experienced superintendent works directly with each homebuyer/builder. There are no surcharges for change orders because the buyer is the boss and negotiates these without the middleman adding profits. From selecting the plans and sub-contractors to coordinating and purchasing all building materials, the BYOADH homebuyer/builder is in complete control. They even handle the payroll checks.
Build Your Own American Dream Home, Ltd., Inc. was started by James L. Morgan Sr., President of Morgan & Morgan Custom Home Builders, who began building custom homes in 1974.
Training & Support
We provide everything to manage a project from the plans to the final
brush strokes. Our full service will guides the client every step of
the way. The full BYOADH service includes:- Project launch service
- Full project schedule and paperwork
- Project bidding guide and assistance
- Full BYOADH directory of subcontractors and suppliers
- Complete start-to-finish support as needed
- Phone, face to face, or on site
This system will supply sound planning, budgeting and scheduling techniques, as well as all the paperwork needed to keep projects on schedule and on budget. We also provide access to subcontractors and suppliers who work hard to complete custom homes in a client-friendly, timely and professional manner. In addition, we assist in the construction financing process and provide day-to-day support for the duration of the project.

Are You a Good Fit for Build Your Own American Dream Home, Ltd.?
The Franchise License Fee as of 6/01/2005 is $30,000. Working capital
needed in addition to the license fee is $20,000. An ongoing royalty on
gross sales due upon receipt from client is 10%.
