Founded in December of 1986 as an upscale submarine restaurant, Atlantic City Sub Shops. features a variety of hot and cold submarine sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts to satisfy the most discriminating tastes. The decor is reminiscent of Atlantic City during its heyday in the 30's and 40's. Full size murals, boardwalk floring and rolling chair style booths help create an ambiance to keep customers coming back again and again.
A.C. Subs Inc. is a submarine sandwich chain providing waiter/waitress service as well as take-out and delivery service. The average size store is between 1,200 and 2,000 square feet and is generally positioned in strip malls with a strong anchor tenant. The store hours are from 10:30 am to 11:00 pm seven days a week.

Products & Services
Our menu includes the traditional hot and cold subs as well as unique submarine sandwiches developed by A.C. Subs Inc. Our Chicken Fajita Sub made with real chicken tenders or our delicious
Vegetarian Sub made with specially prepared vegetables and topped with two different kinds of cheese are just two
examples. A variety of salads, made with our homemade dressings and croutons, compliment the menu and satisfy the
needs of those customers looking for alternatives. Additional items on the menu include Soup, Crispy Curly Fries,
Mozzarella Stix and desserts such as our homemade Beach Bum Brownie.
Training & Support
We will provide you with an extensive three week training program at one of our company owned locations in New
Jersey. The training program includes marketing and sales instruction; training in food preparation; daily operations;
inventory control; advertising and basic management skills. The training program will be conducted prior to opening
of your location. There is no charge for the training program as it is included in your franchise fee. You will
be responsible for travel, lodging, meals, salary, etc.
Prior to the opening of your Franchise, A.C. Subs Inc. will provide you with a qualified representative who will be present to assist you in pre-opening and post-opening matters. This representative will work with you for a period of time and assist you with the hiring and training of your employees; overseeing the and post placement and testing of equipment, inventory ordering, food preparation and the initial operation of the restaurant.
A.C. Subs Inc. will provide continued support after the opening of your Franchise. A representative will be available during business hours via our Support Line to assist you in all phases of your operation. In addition to phone support, periodic direct mailers will keep you in touch with new products, preparation techniques, advertising promotions and other business ideas.

A.C. Subs Inc. offers a unique opportunity for individuals seeking a career
in one of the fastest growing segments of the food industry. An energetic, goal oriented individual, who is people
oriented will make an ideal candidate.
As a single unit franchisee, your financial investment begins with a $15,000 Franchise Fee payable upon execution of the Franchise Agreement. A multi unit Franchisee is entitled to a reduced Franchise Fess for each subsequent unit.
To qualify for a single Atlantic City Sub Shops franchise, you must financially be able to handle a commitment of $173,000 to $297,000. We recommend to avoid being under capitalized, you should have between $20,000 to $40,000 in liquid assets.
Financing is the sole responsibility of the Franchisee.
