Training & Support

American Staffing Association Certified Staffing Professional Accreditation Course
You will be given a comprehensive course regarding employee/client development and legal issues as it relates to the staffing industry.
Sales Skills
We add interactive discussion and training of basic sales skills, from researching the company to getting the appointment, creating custmer profiles, proposal penetration, consultative selling and rapport building.
Business Development
This training focuses on account penetration, driving the market, attaining market share, differentiating yourself in the market and creating and maintaining your sales and service cycles.
Complete AS/400 Overview
We provide an introduction to @WORK Personnel Services' front and back office computer system used by all franchise owners. This includes hands on instruction on the use of this state of the art business system.
Financial Management
We teach funding, ledger statements, acounts receivable, asset based funding, collections, account analysis and cost containment.
Following initial training, follow-up courses are continually offered at the @WORK corporate headquarters, via @WORK’s online training and development website and through your regional franchise support personnel.
