Overview
Trends come and go, but
Italian cuisine has been a staple of the
American diet for decades. Artuzzi’s Italian
Kitchen puts a new twist on some long time
favorites (some we leave just as they are –
no tinkering needed) and we’re offering
franchise opportunities for those who know
the difference.
Italian has no regional barriers. While Mexican concepts do better in the South and Southeast, and Asian concepts thrive primarily in the West and Northeast, Italian is one of the few segments to be considered a staple anywhere in the U.S.
Our entire concept, from menu and ingredients to construction and décor, were designed to be simple and repeatable – all of it documented and continually refined.
Artuzzi’s Italian Kitchen combines the freshness and creativity of traditional full-service Italian restaurants with the faster service speeds of a quick casual concept, with a price point somewhere in between. It’s Italian with a twist.
We’re a young company, but our experience is deep. It has taught us that people and systems make the difference between a good idea that doesn’t make it and a good idea that does make it. From thoughtful selection of franchisees to operational and administrative support, from local store marketing to franchise compliance, the best franchisees want to know that we’ve thought of how our company will look when there are 50 units.
We accept a wide range of experience in our franchisees, but we do our homework. If you’re bright, creative, and energetic, and are convinced of the benefits of a franchise system, we’d like to talk with you.

Products & Services

We created Artuzzi’s with a
passion for great Italian food. We get up
each morning, with the same goal: to serve
fresh, gourmet Italian food in a hip, fast
paced environment. We know that great
Italian food has to be prepared fresh each
and every day. We use the same cooking
technique as those fancy gourmet Italian
restaurants, but we don’t require
reservations or a jacket for gentlemen.
And the best part? Our food is served fast. Not 30 seconds or its free fast, but quickly (usually 5 to 8 minutes). In the meantime, you can enjoy our open theatre style kitchen and watch our crew cook your meal to order (don’t be alarmed by the flames under the sautee pan, that’s part of the cooked to order process). So you may be asking yourself: Fresh, made to order gourmet Italian food served quickly sounds a little different? It is. That’s why we call it Italian with a Twist.

Training & Support

All franchisees must attend and successfully complete the training program provided by Artuzzi’s at our headquarters in Atlanta. The cost of this initial training is included in your franchise fee. However, the costs connected with travel and lodging will be the responsibility of the franchisee. All owners and operational managers should attend training.
You will receive the Artuzzi’s Operations Manual and any other manuals that will guide you in running your business.
The development team of Artuzzi’s is experienced and focused. The core members of the team are also founding partners who concentrate on certain areas of expertise. A small focused group, with ownership in the company, enables us to be flexible, responsive, and consistent in everything we do.
Are You a Good Fit for Artuzzi's Italian Kitchen?

Restaurant experience
is helpful; however, many investor
franchisees hire an experienced
restaurant team to operate their
units. We provide a complete
training program that will assist
you and your team to run your
franchise.
