Our lab technicians go through rigorous training and certification in all testing methodologies, and we are nationally accredited for the administration of drug and alcohol testing by the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association, ensuring all tests are performed and documented according to the highest professional standards.

Site Selection
& Approval
Once you have selected possible site locations, submit the information to us for review. We will help determine the best location based on rental rates, traffic counts, geographic surroundings etc. We will also use a software program that encompasses demographics, market segmentation and business to business SIC codes to help determine the best location.
Training
A one to two week training schedule date will be set where you and your staff will get comprehensive training and certification in all aspects of drug, alcohol, DNA, and steroid testing. You will learn chain of custody regulations, privacy policies, the law, etc. In addition, you will learn the accounting package, operational procedures, software package, marketing and sales tactics and operations. You will receive a copy of the operations and training manuals for further office training and review.

Are You a Good Fit for Accudiagnostics?
Sales
Acceleration Fee:
A $5,000 (SMF) or $8,000 (LMF) fee
will be due with the execution of
the franchise agreement. This fee
will be used to accelerate revenues
for the franchisee in the early
months of operation and throughout
their first year of operation. Sales
Acceleration will consist of a
number of campaigns throughout the
year encompassing direct mail,
telemarketing and sales
appointments, lead generations, etc.The Regional Cooperative Marketing/Operational and Promotional Association (CAMPA): A $3,500 (SMF) or $7,000 (LMF) CAMPA Marketing Fund contribution will be due with the execution of the franchise agreement. This fund will be used for the benefit of all franchisees and solely for local and regional marketing, advertising, and/or promotional events.
Technology Fund: This fund will be used for the subscription of ongoing maintenance, technical support and upgrades to our current proprietary software and intranet provider. These funds will also be used for the long term development of technology to insure AccuDiagnostics stays an innovative, cutting edge company that can gain and maintain a competitive edge in the market place. The current weekly fee is $35.00
