Are You a Good Fit for Zero's Subs?

The Initial Franchise Fee for an individual unit is $20,000 payable with the signing of the Franchise Agreement which is due on or before the start of construction of the restaurant. In addition, the financial requirements for a new Zero's facility are shown in the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular. The Area Developer pays $20,000 for his/her first franchise and a 50% deposit for each additional franchise business to be developed. All these fees are non-refundable and considered earned by the franchisor. As new locations are opened, the remaining 50% due for the Franchise Fee are then paid. The estimated Total Investment is between $124,680 and $174,300. This estimate is based on costs incurred in Virginia Beach, VA. Costs may vary significantly in accordance with local variations in price and local government requirements.
