While our criteria are stringent it serves to make sure the best possible conditions for success are met. Lease Negotiation Our leasing team is here to assist you with your lease negotiations. You can use an authorized broker or retain a local real estate attorney to help you through this process. Restaurant Design Our design and construction department provides you with guidance from drawings to the final punch list. Every Villa restaurant has a carefully planned contemporary design that offers guests a friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
