Skyhawks sets the bar for safety
Skyhawks is committed to creating the best athletic experience for youth. Safety is essential to a positive experience for children in any area of life, especially in athletics. Parents should feel confident with whom they entrust their children. Skyhawks continues to raise the bar for safety by setting the most stringent standards with each coach, program, curriculum and location. Over our 25 year history we have maintained the highest standards for safety. Skyhawks' participant satisfaction rate is over 99%. Each incident is handled personally and followed up with individual care through our Quality Assurance department. The key component of Skyhawks' low incident rate is a superior coaching staff focused on participant safety from the moment they step out of the car until they walk through Skyhawks' "gate" to their parents.

Although a majority of Skyhawks programs are offered in the summer, the franchisee will have the ability to program athletic events throughout the year. After-school, weekend, and holiday programs are available to the ambitious franchisee. No matter what the season, the core purpose of the franchisee is to teach life skills through athletics.

Training & Support

Training
We will provide you with up to 4 days of detailed training at Skyhawks University prior to the date when you commence your business. There is no additional charge for this training service, but you must pay any travel and living expenses while attending the training. We will also provide up to 3 days of additional training at your site at no additional cost.

Ongoing Support
We will provide ongoing support service to you via phone, email, webinar, and on-site visits to your territory. We regularly update our operations manuals with new procedures and other information designed to improve operations for all franchisees. We’re also available to conduct ongoing training programs.

Sales training and support so you can maximize your program offerings.
Technical support for our proprietary event management web-based software system.
Call center support capable of handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers and coordinators.
Human resource and risk management department to provide you with the tools to recruit, train, and employ part-time coaches. Franchisees are responsible for hiring and supervising their employees.
