Overview
Romp n’ Roll™ Franchise Development, LLC is currently seeking
qualified candidates to own Romp n’ Roll franchises. We
are excited to welcome Gary Findley and The Findley Group to our team.
Gary Findley brings to Romp n' Roll his experience as the former
President of Curves International, the fitness center chain. Curves has
been ranked the #2 franchise in the world by Entrepreneur and named the
#1 fastest growing franchise in the world. Gary started with Curves in
January 1996 with 5 locations. In just 8 years, with his background in
franchising and his leadership abilities, Curves grew to over 8,000
locations in 10 different countries in the world today. The Findley
Group's staff has spent years in the franchise industry.
Michael married Babz and they had Emma and Zach. When the time came, Babz searched for kids classes. “They’ll have fun playing with other young lads and young lasses”.
She looked high, she looked low. But all of the classes she found were a “no”. “Why can’t it be this way, why can’t it be that”, she said to her friends as she talked and they sat.
“I want Gym. I want Music. I want Art. I want more. I want classes for their age that are never a bore. I want great teachers. I want a clean space. I want décor to say ‘kids play in this place’. Creative lessons at a reasonable price. All this and more – yeah, that would be nice.”
Michael joined in, done with sitting on planes. Working with kids would be all fun and all games! Family and experts came to their aide. With the help of many, their plans had been laid.
It all came to life in September ’04. Based on response they knew there’d be more. In September ’05 the second one came. When that was a hit, they planned more of the same.
Response to their dream has been a real blessing. What the future holds, they would only be guessing. Will it be 10? A hundred? Or more? Now that they’re franchising, who knows what’s in store?

Training & Support
Romp n’ Roll is a
proven business concept, led by a winning and seasoned management team.
Franchisees are supported via assistance with site-selection,
build-out, equipment purchase, operations training, complete lesson
plans for each class, marketing support, and on-going consultation!
Why Romp N' Roll?
Most other concepts are structured vertically (limited
offering, i.e. "gymnastics" to a wide target group, i.e. babies to 12
year olds). Romp n' Roll is structured horizontally. We offer Gym, Art,
Music, Silly Science, Good Sports, Superheroes, Princess Class, Bug
Club, All About Dinosaurs (and a whole lot more) to a more narrow
audience (under 6 years). This focus is reflected in the way we build
our facilities, the type of equipment we use, and the kind of staff we
hire. As a result, we become THE place for younger kids!We provide comprehensive lesson plans for every class, every week. We also have an excellent training program which includes DVD's of our top instructors teaching each class so you will be able to implement classes as effectively as we do at our flagship locations. The cost of training (not including travel expenses) is included in the franchise fee.
Are You a Good Fit for Romp N' Roll?
Many of our managers and employees don't have
previous experience working with children. Our lesson plans can be
successfully implemented by anyone who has passion for early learning,
a warm outgoing personality, and the ability to act silly on command!
Effective managers are "people persons" who have superior customer
service skills.
