This new, 45 minute fitness concept combined cardiovascular conditioning, boxing technique and some strength training within a safe, effective, progressive and systematic program. Realizing that people really enjoyed the personalized, small group training, Angelo and Cary kept their class/camp sizes small. This allowed Prime Time Boxing to know every members name and yell it out as soon as that member walked through the door. Today, founders Angelo and Cary are considered the innovators of the boxing camp workout and bringing boxing classes to traditional boxing gyms. Prime Time Boxing was first talked about in Shape magazine and Fitness magazine back in 1998 and 1999 about the difference between Tae Bo and the Prime Time Boxing workout. Since then Prime Time Boxing has been written about and featured in national media and press including, Entrepreneur, USA Today, New York Times, Men's Fitness, FHM, Muscle & Fitness HERS, Oxygen, and many television and radio segments. We make it easy for anyone to learn and fun for everyone to workout! Everything at Prime Time Boxing is small group personalized training. A maximum of 14 participants per camp with 2 trainers! We’ve assembled the basic boxing fundamentals that will be a foundation into a liquid state of information to will absorb starting from the floor to your forehead. Clients will be, “a boxers in training,” learning and experiencing what it takes to box. Anyone and everyone can hit the heavy bag but your clients will do it with a purpose. Lets get into some basics of training:
Training & Support
We
provide a 1-week training program for owner/manager, sales person and
trainer that consists of intensive training on the business model,
sales, training and marketing. Your head trainer will also receive an additional 3 weeks of training at one of the corporate Prime Time Boxing gyms.Franchise Support
Gym layout Our system will give you drawings to help you choose the best, most efficient layout for your gym. Gym Start-Up With hundreds of items to take care of prior to opening the gym, it is very difficult, if not overwhelming, to continue working while preparing to open. Our experienced staff will work with you to make the entire process easy. Operational & Boxing Training Manuals With nearly 10 years of experience in operating boxing/fitness gyms, we have created a manual for franchise owners. This will act as your blue print to success and provide you tips, strategies, and systems that are proven to work. The boxing training manual will show you exactly how to teach boxing and how to conduct your training sessions. Test Marketing We continue to test ideas and strategies at two test locations in order to provide all of our franchise locations with the latest and most effective methods of growing their businesses. Marketing Direct mail pieces, TV commercials, national PR collateral and press releases, strategic business partnerships, referral cards, trainer incentives and other marketing programs have been created and tested to increase your client base. Franchise Education During our training program, you will be taken through the important processes in running your own business. All aspects of the Prime Time Boxing program are systematized to make it easy for you. Hundreds of hours of trial and error over the years resulted in a comprehensive training program complete with practical experience at an existing Prime Time Boxing facility. Managing Employees Having employees can be very challenging. We will share with you our years of employee relations and equip you with the tools you need to build a quality team (who to hire, how many to hire, how to keep them motivated, non-compete agreements, etc).
