 Why PostNet International?
Recession-Resilient Model The rapid growth of the SOHO (small office/home office) market has been hard to ignore. More people than ever are choosing to start small businesses, which means the need for support for those businesses continues to grow. PostNet is the only company in its industry to successfully position itself as Your Neighborhood Business Center, serving the explosive SOHO market by providing one-stop convenience for graphic design, printing, copying, shipping and more!
Unique Brand Image and Store Design When PostNet unveiled its GenNext store design, the idea was to design the stores in the same way that the brand speaks to consumers. They wanted to create an environment that empowers customers to get what they need quickly and easily, so the design incorporates a bold color scheme and large graphics to identify the main service categories. “Fresh, creative, bright, open and inclusive” are just a few of the words used to describe PostNet’s store design.” The design also offers flexibility to adapt to new technology offerings and customer need, with high-quality modular fixtures and signage mounted on a track system.
Franchisee-Inclusive Culture PostNet founders Steve Greenbaum and Brian Spindel attribute the company’s success to the hard work and effort of PostNet’s franchisees, an unwavering commitment to PostNet’s culture and core values, and a vibrant passion that is shared throughout the organization. A franchisee-inclusive culture and open channels of communication have enabled PostNet to develop a powerful and competitive operating system. Are You a Good Fit for PostNet International?
PostNet is a retail and service business, so they are looking for people with outgoing personalities who are excited about helping fellow small-business owners.
On a financial level, a potential PostNet franchisee must have a net worth of at least $300,000 and be (or be able to become) liquid for a minimum of $50,000. If a prospective franchisee meets these qualifications, along with having a good credit score and history, PostNet offers assistance to secure a number of different types of financing, including being listed on the SBA registry.
The PostNet investment is made up of three primary components:
- The franchise fee of $29,900. This fee covers all of the initial assistance for store opening along with the training, education, franchise support and rights to use the brand over the 15-year term of the franchise agreement. Unlike their competitors, PostNet’s franchise fee is all-inclusive, so there are no other significant tuitions, construction management or other fees added to the franchise fee.
- The PostNet store development fee of $85,900. This fee covers all of the construction, inventory supplies, fixtures and other items necessary to get the store up and running.
- The operating, working and start-up capital. This amount is approximately $50,000 - $60,000 and would cover costs like initial advertising and monies available to the owner/operator to cover any negative cash flow during the start-up period.
