Site Selection
Our highly qualified real estate development team will help you choose the right location for your Hair Cuttery salon, taking into account financial modeling, demographic analysis, lease negotiations and relationships with real estate developers.

Our comprehensive program includes cultural, business success, salon operations and salon management systems training. In addition, we’ll provide initial and ongoing technical training in cuts, color, texture and style. Class work and our operations manual—a comprehensive resource—will complement your on-site training with design specifications that create good traffic flow for both Associates and customers alike. Project management assistance is optional.
Marketing
Advertising campaigns and public relations programs have been an integral part of our success. Our marketing team and advertising agency work together to develop a Hair Cuttery image and brand, and we’ll work with you, too. We have a time-tested, proven grand opening program and effective marketing strategy. Our marketing department is available to assist with your local media planning and buying, creative development, promotions and in-salon materials.
Product & Merchandising
We’ll give you the tools to sell salon products through proven up-sell and add-on techniques. We’ll also help with loss prevention and inventory management, along with merchandising and point of sale (POS) materials. You will benefit from purchasing products through Hair Cuttery at our negotiated cost, which is a significant discount, versus purchasing through a distributor. The bottom line is more profit for you.

Are You a Good Fit for Hair Cuttery?
We
believe a franchisee must be someone who identifies with our
culture, an individual with the passion and desire to run the
business. Of course, you’ll also need the necessary capital
outlined within the start-up costs section of this website.
Having a multi-unit business background is also preferred.
And lastly, we look for a candidate who will be a resident
of his or her territory.Our Area Development model enables you to capture critical market share within a series of contiguous neighborhoods and thereby take advantage of economies of scale in marketing, staffing, purchasing and more. This model provides you with an exclusive territory in which to develop a defined number of salons (typically no fewer than 10) in a reasonable amount of time. Additionally, as your salons grow, you may be eligible to reduce your royalty and brand fund fees.
