Over the years I've learned that a great restaurant is not just a place to go and have a full service neighborhood meal Mexican meal, a great restaurant is a place where people meet and let go of the day… a place where families dine happily together, and for friends to put aside their everyday worries, all while dining on exceptional food and drink. Our team at Blue Moon has developed unique and creative marketing ideas. For instance we host "community nights" where local churches, temples, schools, and other non-profit organizations can get together, enjoy a meal, and raise money through a 20% give back program. Some participants of our Blue Moon "community nights" have included Habitat for Humanity, the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, and the American Red Cross.

At Blue Moon our team of professionals has devised a training program that takes you and your staff from the kitchen to the dining room to learn how to prepare and serve our unique recipes and provide the exceptional service to keep your guests returning again and again. You will need the tools and an instruction manual. That is where we come in. The restaurant business is hard work but there is no reason to re-invent the wheel.
