Barnie’s Coffee
& Tea Company is a concept with more than 25 years of operations, a loyal
and passionate customer base, and a proven track record. Yet the concept is
as fresh, dynamic and exciting as if it were brand new. We’ve recently
decided to add to our existing base of franchisees, some of whom have been
in operation for over 20 years, and we are now offering opportunities for
franchises worldwide.
Whether in the US or in one of the many exciting markets outside the US, our program has been designed to leverage the infrastructure that comes with multi-unit development or capitalizes on your single-unit commitment.
Historically, Barnie's has been a mall-based concept, and we will continue to approve mall locations when good locations within good malls come available. However, most of our development is now being done outside the mall. By focusing our development efforts outside the mall, we are able to expand on the traditional Barnie’s concept. Many of our new stores feature expanded menus that include soup and sandwiches, wine, beer, light appetizers and live entertainment that allow us to expand into new day parts and bring customers – new and old alike – in more often. In markets across the United States, Barnie's Coffee was traditionally focused on expansion through area development plans (under which the franchisee commits to developing multiple stores in a defined market). In response to a high demand for additional options, Barnie's has now expanded its franchising program to include single unit franchises, in addition to area development agreements.

The same wonderful gourmet coffee taste without the caffeine. Barnies uses two methods of decaffeination, Methyl Chloride method(MC) and Sparkling Water method (CO2).
Training & Support
By
following the Store Opening Timeline and utilizing the experience of the
Franchise Operations Manager, we hope to have your Barnie's Coffee franchise
opened within 5-6 months of signing a franchise agreement.
You and your staff will attend training in Orlando at the Barnie's Coffee headquarters and Barnie's Coffee training stores. Training lasts approximately two (2) weeks and will include in-store and classroom instruction. There is no limit to the number of employees that you can bring to this training.
Prior to opening, your Franchise Operations Manager will assist you in setting up your final inspections, last minute training for new hires and finally, your Grand Opening. Your Franchise Operations Manager will be there to assist you with your Grand Opening of your Barnie's Coffee franchise.

Are You a Good Fit for Barnie's Coffee & Tea Company?
The total initial investment per Barnie's Coffee franchise is
approximately $275,000 (including build-out, equipment, deposits,
inventory, fees, etc.). The major portion of this investment is for
leasehold improvements, so this number will fluctuate based on the space
that we agree that you will develop. The initial franchise fee per store
is $25,000 (included in the $275,000 figure stated above).
