American Bodyworks fitness centers are all equiped with great equipment. It is all very easy to use and effective. We have basically squeezed everything that the "big gyms" have to offer equipment wise into a gym that is right on your corner! All of our cardio equipment is equiped with its own LCD TV, and there are plenty of pieces to use including treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and more! There also are a wide range of user friendly selectorized pieces for you to use. This is where most key clubs end. There may be a few free weights but not near enough. American Bodyworks believes that's not fair to you and that is why we are not following that mold. We have many plate-loaded pieces and an ample supply of free wieghts! You get a free training session when you join! Walking into a fitness center can be very intimidating! For many, it might be the first time they have even stepped inside one! We realize this so don't be scared; you get a FREE training session with one of our personal trainers when you join. This trainer will orient you with the gym and answer any questions that you have! Training & Support We want you to be a part of the American Bodyworks team! Our easy and affordable start-up program will allow you to do that. ABW will help you scout out a location, order equipment at our special discounted rate, teach you the necessary information at our ABW school, help with presales and hiring, provide effective advertising and technical support!ABW has a great deal with Star Trac and Life Fitness to make purchasing your equipment easy and affordable! Members will be love by your treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes each with their own LCD screen! Just as impressive is Selectorized and Plate Loaded equipment.
